How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping charges are added to orders and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the amount of items purchased per order.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS, unless discussed otherwise.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent with the shipping confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a link to where you can track the package.
When do I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs on business days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, and orders should take 3-5 business days depending on where in the world you live.
Accepted payment methods?
We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPal.
Can I change my order?
Orders are processed as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel your order.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and Contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order, if it was placed within 24 hrs of the original order.
What is your returns policy?
Due to Covid-19, For your safety & ours, until further notice returns are not accepted.
